Psychotherapy
for the whole self
Therapy isn't just about talking through problems. Together we'll become curious about the patterns, relationships, emotions, and experiences that shape your life—creating space for meaningful, lasting change.

THE WHOLE PICTURE
Healing rarely happens in just one place.
Healing is rarely a straight line, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. My work is grounded in the belief that lasting change comes from understanding the whole of who you are—not just the reason you reached out. Together, we'll move with curiosity, compassion, and attention to the many parts of your experience, recognizing that emotional well-being is shaped by relationships, life experiences, physical health, and the stories we carry.
Our Work Together
No two people arrive with the same story. While every therapeutic relationship is unique, our work is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and deep respect for your experience. These qualities tend to shape the way we work together.
Looking beneath the surface
Honoring the mind-body connection
Understanding all parts of yourself
Integrating insight into daily life
My Philosophy
I believe therapy is an invitation to understand yourself more deeply.
Rather than focusing only on problems or symptoms, I see therapy as a space to become more curious about your inner world. Together we'll slow things down enough to notice the patterns, emotions, relationships, beliefs, and protective strategies that have shaped your life—not to judge them or get rid of them, but to understand what they've been trying to do for you.
As that understanding deepens, people often find they relate differently—to themselves, to others, and to the challenges they're carrying.

About Kate
Meaningful therapy begins with feeling deeply seen.
I came to psychotherapy through a different doorway than many therapists. My background in nutrition taught me that meaningful change rarely comes from knowing what to do—it comes from understanding what keeps us stuck.
Today, my work brings together both worlds, helping people better understand themselves through thoughtful, integrative psychotherapy that considers the whole person.
